Abstract
To Screening and optimization of technological parameters of Chuanxiong powder ,the establishment of production process of Chuanx-iong powder .A study on determination method and method of ferulic acid in Rhizoma Chuanxiong ;the ferulic acid was the control index ,the op-timum drying temperature and powder of Chuanxiong particle crushing and screening ,the experimental verification is carried out on the priority parameters .The detection method of ferulic acid is reliable ,the method can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in the sample ,best drying temperature is 50℃ -60℃ hot air drying ,crush into powder ,the test results showed that the indexes of RSD=0.0047% (n=10) .The optimized process is stable and feasible ,can provide a reference for the test and production of Chuanxiong powder .关键词
