Abstract
To establish a method for determination of soft capsule antioxidant .HPLC column was AgilentTC -C18 (2 )(4.6mm × 250mm ,5μm ) , using gradient elution ,The mobile phase was 0.05% phosphoric acid solution -acetonitrile ,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min;detection wavelength was 203nm;column temperature 20℃ ,measured antioxidant soft capsules notoginsenoside R1 ,ginsenoside Rg1 ,Sal B content ,using the TLC method for identification of tanshinone IIA .The results of the assay method and HPLC assay results were compared .Results:In this study ,the antioxidant method for determining soft capsules ginsenoside Rg 1 ,notoginsenoside R1 ,Sal B content were measured by HPLC and the results are similar .Three active ingredients a good linear relationship ,repeatability and recoveries were in line with requirements .The method is simple ,ac-curate ,reproducible ,and can be used for quality control of antioxidant soft capsules .关键词
