摘要
Abstract
To establish the method of HPLC for determining Hesperidin in Rupikang capsule ,and afford the evidence for the quality control of industrial production .The method of HPLC was developed to determine Hesperidin in Rupikang capsule .The developed conditions of HPLC were as follows:the shim-pack Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 (150mm × 4.6mm ,5μm)was used ,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water(20∶80) ,the column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wavelength was at 284nm .The linear range of Hesperidin is 0.0824μg/mL-0.9064μg/mL .The regression equation is :Y= -5882+1 159 440X ,r=0.9997 .The average recovery is 100.5% ,and the RSD is 2.86% (n=6 ) .The RSD ,in accuracy ,stability and repeatability test ,were 0.37% ,0.37% and 2.16% ,respectively .This method is accurate ,reliable and simple ,which provide the scientific evidence for the quality control of Rupikang capsule .关键词
