摘要

Abstract

To establish a quantitative method for molecular weight in Lyophilizing Thrombin Powder .The determination was carried out using a TSK GEL G2000 SW (7.5mm × 300mm ,10μm ) .The mobile phase consisted of pH 6.86 phosphate buffer at a flow rate of 0.5mL/min .The de-tection device was a UV at the detection detector ,wavelengths of 280nm .Molecular weight of Lyophilizing Thrombin Powder is 80ku-95ku . The quantitative method was set up by protein molecular weight .The method is rapid ,simple and good reproducibility ,and can provide the basis for the improvement and optimization of the quality standard of Lyophilizing Thrombin Powder .It can be used as a fingerprint chromatogram from the perspective of protein peptide molecular weight to control the immanent quality of Lyophilizing Thrombin Powder .
