Study on BIM-based Cast-in-place Beam Bracket Scheme for Jiande East Station of Hangzhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway
摘要
Abstract
In view of the complex topography in Jiande East Station of Hangzhou-Huangshan high-speed railway, the large range of pier height, 18 kinds of different cast-in-place non-standard box girder types, and the difficulties in scaffolding erection, removal and turnover, this paper puts forward a scheme of setting the BIM model of the bracket by Revit to refine the layout of the placement program, conduct three-dimensional technical disclosure, fulfill quantity extraction of engineering materials, virtual deduction construction process, 4D construction progress dynamic control, and material turnover scheme optimization. In addition, the mechanical analysis and calculation of Midas. civil are carried out and bracket design scheme is optimized to ensure reasonable layout of the bracket, structure security and stability, and to provide a BIM based solution for the control of safety, quality, progress and cost of the scaffolding.关键词
