Abstract
As the time for big data is coming,the data mining has been a hot topic.The concept drifting is one of challenges which the data mining faces,and more and more people focus on it.Aming at the problems that the research on the concept drifting based on the classical rough set theory doesn't have fault-tolerance and pays no attention to the concept drifting on boundary region, this paper proposes detection algorithm of concept drifting based on three-way decision rough set, which extends the detection of the concept drifting to the field of three-way decision rough set and detection of concept drifting on positive region to the one on boundary region,and regards the decision on boundary region as a feasible and valuable one.The fault-tolerance is added to the algorithm by using the characteristic that the three-way decision rough set can imitate the indeterminacy and inaccuracy of human intelligence.Finally the feasibility of the algorithm is validated through the experiment.关键词
