摘要

Abstract

In modern production, the change of dimension can result in diversification of product specifications, which will result in a problem in reusability.In this paper, we use SolidWorks API and software development kits to do secondary development so as to deal with the problem.The integrate development tool is Visual Studio with programming language of C#, and add-in component is adopted to generate DLL as executable file.Using custom property manager page instead of forms to reassign the parameter and rebuild the model.The model is based on a welded structure which is a stabilizer packing frame as a prototype model, and API is used to achieve the effect of modular modeling and parameter operation.Example shows this method is feasible to efficient parametric design and modeling.
