On the Establishment and Optimization of Shaanxi Agricultural Socialized Service System
摘要
Abstract
The perfect agricultural socialized service system is an important guarantee for promoting the rural reform and modern agriculture development.At present,Shaanxi has basically formed multiple service subjects,but there are also some problems existing in the system,ability and service area.Therefore,perfecting public warfare service system,enhancing the service ability construction of social organizations such as rural cooperatives and leading enterprises,strengthening financial and information services are the effective ways to construct the new agriculture socialized service system in Shaanxi province.关键词
