摘要
Abstract
Based on the statistic data of steel industry in various provinces from 2004 to 2013,the utiliza-tion rates in steel industry in eastern,central and western regions of China have been measured by means of production function method.The results show:that there is a serious overcapacity in the steel industry,revealing a periodical variation.At the same time,analyzing the deep-seated cause of overcapacity,the essay provides some relevant policy.关键词
