Abstract
With the introduction of the draft amendments to the copyright law,extended collective man-agement has been highly concerned.The system agrees with the evolution of the collective management organi-zation,and the system has its inherent rationality.But in the transplantation of the system,it is necessary to clarify the extension of collective management organization management authority,perfect auxiliary measures of the system,improve the operating mechanism of the collective management organization and strictly control the collective management organization,thus develop the extended collective management system of copyright suit-able for our country.关键词
