厚板铝合金变极性等离子弧横焊接头性能分析
Performance Analysis of Thick Aluminum Alloy Plate with Variable Polarity Plasma Arc Welding

Abstract
8 mm thick 2219 aluminum alloy was studied by variable polarity plasma arc welding, good welding joint was obtained. Through the analysis of the welding current and ion flow matching relation-ship,the welding process specification window is obtained. The results show that the welded joints are wel-ded with different regions and mechanical properties. The results show that the tensile strength of the wel-ded joints is 240~250 MPa,and the tensile strength is 3. 1% ~3. 5%. The joint fracture position mainly occurs in the area near the fusion line of the joint,which has the asymmetry,the upper part is small,the micro hardness of the center of the joint is lowest,and the hardness of the heat affected zone is gradually increased.关键词
