Abstract
Wave tooth structure mechanics model is established,2. 0 mm thickness steel plate is selected, corrugated structural is designed using three arc radius R,three kinds of depth h and three kinds of prong platform width L, flexible graphite composite layer thickness is 0. 5 mm, three factors and three levels compression-resilience performance optimization test of the sample ( φ120. 5 mm × 84. 5 mm × 3. 0 mm) specified in GB/T 19066. 3—2003 is carried out,so as to find out the important parameters affecting the performance of the gasket and the influence of parameters on the performance,the best performance pa-rameters combination is found,high-performance products are developed. All provides a test basis for the actual production.关键词
