摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the form,location and cause of the serious corrosion damage occurred in the short time of the Hastelloy alloy C22 coil type amide heater of the methyl ester device were tested and ana-lyzed. It is pointed out that intergranular precipitation of rich Cr,Mo phase ( carbides and intermetallic compounds) caused by welding heat is the main factor causing serious corrosion. Deformation and erosion accelerated corrosion. Put forward a workable repair technology. The article proves the necessity of solution treatment after welding and relevant technology. This work has important reference value for the produc-tion and operation of the amide heater and high nickel alloy structure.关键词
