摘要

Abstract

A wearable fall detection system with multi-sensor cooperation which based on the bluetooth low energy is designed. This system consists of control chip, sensor and corresponding hardware and software. Through fall experimental tests in laboratory environment, it’s shown thatthe fall detection system can distinguish between falls and activities of daily living effectively. The power consumption measurement of the systemindicates that the total power consumption of the ready mode and operative mode are35µW and 41µW respectively. And it can realize long-term use with the button battery CR2032 power supply.
