Abstract
Based on the working practice of foreign aid to ifght against Ebola outbreak in Africa, this article expounds the preparatory measures, allocation level and safeguard management of medical supplies from aspects of rescue characteristics and security management. By sorting out nature of work and analyzing the layout of task, effective security strategies are put forward, which provides precious experience for the future overseas aid missions.关键词
