Abstract
Ischemic stroke is divided into large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (LAA), small artery occlusion type stroke (SAO), cardiac embolism (CE), stroke of other determined etiology (SOE) and stroke of undetermined etiology (SUE) according to the type Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) classification. The aetiological agent of ischemic stroke is complicated. But there are still some patients who can not be made an accurate classiifcation of subtypes even though the cerebral imaging examination and cardiac examination are perfectly in clinical practice. In recent years, the detection of blood plasma biomarker related with stroke is increasing. This article reviews the progress of study on the blood plasma biomarkers in different subtypes of ischemic stroke. In this review, we aim to explore the change of plasma biomarkers in different subtypes of stroke and its value of clinical application.关键词
