泻药性便秘与衰老相关指标关系的实验研究
Laxative-induced constipation on age-related indices:an experimental study
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of constipation and aging,by detecting age-related indi-ces of rat constipation model.Methods The rats were fed with Rhubarb powder,then the shape,color, weight and number of feces and the intestinal transport function within 24 h were measured to confirm the successful model.The serum SOD,thymus index and spleen index,and the expression of klotho protein in the hippocampus were compared between the healthy rats and the model rats.Results Compared with the healthy rats,the weight and number of feces of model rats within 24 h,percentages of the intestinal propulsion of activated carbon,the level of serum SOD,thymus index,and klotho protein expression in the hippocampus,as well as the optical density of the klotho target protein and klothoβctin,all declined significantly(P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion Laxative-induced constipation has a certain correla-tion with aging,but its mechanism should be done.关键词
