摘要
Abstract
The main pathogenic characteristics of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus are acute diarrhea,vomi-ting,dehydration and death in suckling piglets,and virus infection can also cause,diarrhea,anorexia in pregnant sows,thus affect the normal sow breeding rule.Since 2010,the prevalence of mutant strain has serious effects on global pig industry,however,the existing prevention and control measures can't cope with the new trend.In recent years,more researches focused on the study of the new prevalent strains as well as the prevention and control measures,many new techniques and methods have been applied to the control of the disease.Based on this basis,this article analyzed the epidemic characteristics of porcine epi-demic diarrhea,focused on different testing methods and the research progress of vaccine formulation,and its application in present situation and prospect of prevention and control of mutant strain.关键词
