摘要
Abstract
A novel topology for AC/DC universal intelligent contactor was proposed.The characteristics and defects of hybrid switching technology and forced zero-crossing technology in DC control system were analyzed.And the control topology integrates the advantages of the two kinds of technologies,which avoids the shortcomings of single control technology,in the meantime,it achieves no-arc motion of contacts in DC system.The feedback of contact current was introduced in the process of DC interruption,which is unlimited by the influence of the action of electromagnetic mechanism.Zero-voltage-closing technology and zero-current-breaking technology were used to realize no-arc motion of contacts in AC system.The action process of contactor was optimized by combining intelligent control technology of electromagnetic system.The working principle of the proposed circuit topology was analyzed by the simulation and experiments.The results of experiment verify the effectiveness of the scheme.关键词
