摘要
Abstract
A power module utilizing isolated full-bridge converter controlled by digital phase-shifting approach was introduced for DC charging pile design.The proposed scheme offers not only an output voltage which could be changed continuously,but also an efficient solution due to ZVS bringing by phase-shifting approach.The system is designed to promise such output characteristics as constant current,constant voltage,and floating charging according to the charging and discharging characteristics of batteries,thus giving DC charging pile for electric cars such advantages as short charging time,high efficiency,and relatively less loss.The working principle of the system was introduced,as well as the designing process and designing result.Finally,a prototype,whose experiments coincide with previous analyses well,was constructed,thus verifying its value in practice.关键词
