微波应用器用高压直流LCC谐振变换器的设计
Design of High Voltage DC LCC Resonant Converter Used for Microwave Applicator
摘要
Abstract
To solve the parasitic paremerters in traditional microware applicator,this paper proposed LCC series-parallel resonant circuit topology based on a phase-shifted full-bridge circuit,which can achieve soft switching by using the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of transformer as the resonant component.Finally,the paper designed a high frequency 2 kW/4.6 kV full-bridge LCC resonant converter,and this converter was simulated by using PSIM software.The simulation results prove the correctness of the design concept.关键词
