Measurement of Temperature Distribution and Electron Density of DC Arc Plasma by Way of Emission Spectrums
摘要
Abstract
DC arc plasma emission spectrums were measured by using the spectral diagnosis system.Three spectral lines of CuⅠ with wavelength of 510.5nm,515.3nm and 521.8nm are chosen as the characteristic spectrums.The electron temperature,the electron density and the spatial distribution regularities were obtained using the multi-spectrum slope method and Stark broadening,respectively.关键词
