原发性开角型青光眼患者眼血流动力学的改变及与中医证型关系的研究
Study on the Relationship between the Changes of Ocular Hemodynamics in Patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma and the TCM Syndrome Types

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of ocular hemodynamics in patients with primary open angle glaucoma and the TCM Syndrome Types. Methods The changes of ocular hemodynamics from 102 cases of prima-ry open -angle glaucoma patients were detected by using color doppler imaging (CDI). Results Compared with the normal group, PSV, EDV, AV in flow parameters of ophthalmic artery (OA) in the patients with open angle glaucoma and TCM syndrome types (liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome, phlegm-damp invading the eyes syndrome, liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome) were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In the blood flow parameters of central retinal artery (CRA), PSV, EDV, AV were also satistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01), the degrees of variation were, in order, liver con-straint and Qi stagnation group>phlegm-damp invading the eyes group>liver-kidney Yin deficiency group. Conclusion The blood flow rate of OA and CRA in patients with primary open angle glaucoma decreased significantly, blood flow resistance increased, and with ocular local blood circulation disorders. The blood flow parameters of OA and CRA can be used as an important index to reflect the degree of local blood stasis between the open angle glaucoma and TCM syndrome types.关键词
