龙胆通窍丸对湿热型慢性鼻窦炎抗炎效应的临床研究
Clinical Study of the Anti-inflammation of Longdan Tongqiao Pills on Patients with Damp Heat Type Chronic Nasosinusitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Longdan Tongqiao pills on patients with damp heat type chron-ic nasosinusitis. Methods The 80 cases of damp heat type chronic sinusitis patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was taken with Longdan Tongqiao pill orally, the control group was treated with routine Western medicine, the course was for 4 weeks. The changes of IL-6 and IL-8 and clinical effect in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the Lund-Kennedy and VAS scores of the two groups were decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the derease degree in treatment group was more ob-vious (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were decined significantly (P<0.01), and the levels of tretment group were lower (P<0.01). Conclusion Longdan Tongqiao pills can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with damp heat type chronic nasosinusitis and its effect is better than the Western medicine.关键词
