健脾益肾清热利湿方辅助治疗急性肾盂肾炎的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jianpi Qingre Lishi Decoction on adjuctive therapy of acute pyelonephritis. Methods The 52 cases of acute pyelonephritis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 26 cases in each group. The control group was given using antibiotic therapy, the treatment group was given Jianpi Qingre Lishi Decoction as a adjuctive therapy on the basis of cpntrol group, the course was for 2 weeks. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.2%, the control group was 80.8%, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The erasing time of fever, lumbago and urinary tract irritation in treatment group was significantly shorter than those in control (P<0.01). Conclusion The Jianpi Yishen Lishi Decoction as a adjuctive therapy shows a significant effect on acute pyelonephritis. It could obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the elimination time of clinical symptoms, and increase the total effective rate.关键词
