针对惯犯的智能侦查研判模型研究
RESEARCH ON MODEL OF SMART CRIME-INVESTIGATION AND JUDGEMENT FOR RECIDIVIST

Abstract
Under the background of “big data”,the investigation range of cases has been extended from original crime scene to generalised crime spatiotemporal scope in virtual space.Taking the generalised crime spatiotemporal theory as a guide and the generalised crime spatiotemporal model as the basis,we analysed and judged the activity traces of the suspects in a certain spatiotemporal scope.Since the activity traces of recidivists often have certain regularity,so by classifying their activity traces and studying the corresponding crime memberships,we built the crime model of the recidivists.Then we calculated respectively the crime memberships of the suspects before and after the occurrence of criminal case.Finally,we integrated two crime memberships to calculate the comprehensive crime membership of the suspects and then further concluded the suspects list,thus provided the scientific basis for investigators to further carry out the targeted fishing expedition and troubleshooting.The research on the model provides a new idea for crime-investigation,as well as the theoretical support for the relevant informatisational crime-investigation systems.关键词
