多元化护理在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查中的干预效果评价OA
Evaluation on intervention effect of 940 diversified care for 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography
[目的]探讨多元化护理干预在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查中的应用效果。[方法]将64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的病人335例随机分为实验组167例和对照组168例。对照组采用传统的护理方法,实验组采用多元化的护理方法,分析比较两组病人造影效果、并发症发生率、病人满意度的差异。[结果]实验组中初次造影即能呈现3分以上的病人占86.3%,并发症发生率为1.8%,对照组中呈现3分以上的病人占74.3%,并发症发生率为6.6%,两组病人初次造影效果、并发症…查看全部>>
