Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of multicultural nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and prognosis of elderly patients with osteoporotic spine fracture.Methods:A total of 128 cases of OVCF patients were divided into observation group (n=64)and control group (n=64)based on random number table from June 2015 to June 2016.The patients in control group received the routine care and the patients in observation group received multicultural nursing in perioperative period.The prognosis and patients’satisfaction were com-pared between both groups.Results:The postoperative VAS score of patients in observation group was lower than that in control group,while the activities of daily living (ADL)of patients in observation group was higher than that in control groups(P<0.05).The ambulation time,the average length of stay,fracture healing time of patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05).The exercise compliance rate,satisfaction rate of patients in observation group were higher than those in control groups (P<0.05),and the nursing complaints rate and nursing error rate were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Multicultural nursing could improve exercise compliance of OVCF elderly patients effectively,re-duce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients after surgery and promote the rehabilitation of pa-tients and improve patients’satisfaction rate.关键词
