江西省贫困县老年人主观幸福感与日常生活能力的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective:Through the survey and analysis of the subjective well being and the ability of daily life of the elderly in Shangrao county Jiangxi Province,to probe into the influencing factors of subj ective well being and the ability of daily living of the elderly in poor areas,analyze the characteristics of subj ective well being and the ability of daily life of rural elderly,and to probe into the relationship between subj ective well being and the ability of daily life.Methods:A total of 100 people aged over 60 years old in Shangrao county were investi-gated and analyzed by using the Memorial University of Newfoundland well being index,the Activities of Daily Living Scale and the general questionnaire.Results:The average happiness index of 100 old people was 25.05± 1 1 .9 1 ,and the daily life ability and physical condition had significant influence on the subj ective well being of the elderly.The average score of the ability of daily living of the 100 people was 19.25±6.283,and the influence of age,physical condition,income sources on the ability of daily living of the elderly was significantly different. The subj ective well being of the elderly was significant correlated with the ability of daily living,and the corre-lation coefficient was r=-0.194,P<0.001,the higher the elderly of the ability of daily living,the higher sub-j ective well being was.Conclusion:Increasing the elderly of daily living,improving the physical condition of the elderly and protecting the basic income of the elderly were the effective measures to improve the subj ective well being of the elderly in poor areas.关键词
