城市新大学毕业生租房状况研究--以在合肥就业的新大学毕业生为例OA
A Survey of Urban New College Graduates’ Conditions of Renting Houses--The Cases of New College Graduates in Hefei
新大学毕业生作为城市中一日益明晰的社会群体，其租房现状及存在问题有一定的特殊性。通过对在合肥就业新大学毕业生的实证研究，分析合肥地区新大学毕业生的基本特征，总结其租房现状及存在问题。认为在合肥就业的新大学毕业生具有本省本地人多、恋校情阅历浅、年龄集未婚多、收入低结余少、流动性显著等特征。将租房现状及存在问题总结为群租现象明显、租住分布集中、房源与房租不稳定、难以享受政策等。
As a specific social group in cities, new colege graduates’ conditions and existing problems of renting houses have their own characteristics. Through the empirical research of new colege graduates in Hefei, it analyses basic characteristics of new colege graduates in Hefei, summarizes their conditions and existing problems of renting houses.
