旧工业建筑改造的空间设计策略研究--以西安老钢厂创意产业园主题酒店设计为例OA
Study On Space Design Strategy For Old Industrial Buildings--Taking The Theme Hotel Architectural Design In Xi'an Old Steel Industrial Park As An Example
借鉴国内外旧建筑改造实例，在西安老钢厂设计产业园的主题酒店建筑设计中，探讨在旧工业建筑改造过程中，原有大空间再利用的设计方法。通过对空间实用性理论的运用，以人为本，满足使用者的可选择性，从而建立合理的使用功能是实现大空间再利用的基础。在大空间内部植入盒状空间，将大空间化整为零，提供高品质的空间是大空间改造的策略。建立多层级的中心空间，整合被划分出的小空间，建立明确的空间秩序，是大空间改造的手段。从而使原有工业建筑空间能契合新的使用功能，重新焕发活力。
Learn from the examples of old buildings renovation, during the architecture design of the theme hotel in Xi'an Old Steel Industrial Park, the design method of the original large space reuse is explored during the process of old industrial building transformation.
