Abstract
Learn from the examples of old buildings renovation, during the architecture design of the theme hotel in Xi'an Old Steel Industrial Park, the design method of the original large space reuse is explored during the process of old industrial building transformation. Through the use of space usability theory, to establish a reasonable use is the foundation of achieving a large space reuse, which to meet the users’ choice based on people-oriented. To dismember large space is the large space transformation strategy by implanting box-like space with high-quality. A system of multi-level center space is established to integrated the divided smal spaces and establish clear spatial order, which is the way to renovate large space. So the old industrial building space could fit the new use function, that is rejuvenated.关键词
