Abstract
Objective: The content of gallic acid and the recovery rate of Phethorum Chinese Pursh from different concentrations of ethanol extracts were determined in order to provide a better way to recover the Phethorum Chinese Pursh from extraction. Methods: ①We use different volume fractions of ethanol were used in hot reflux extraction to extract the Phethorum Chinese Pursh extraction.②Gallic acid was analyzed by Agilent C18 column at 270nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid (10:90), running at the velocity at 1.0 mL·min-1, and the column temperature was 35℃.Results:At the concentrations of ethanol of 35%, 55%, 75%, 95%,the recovery rates of Phethorum Chinese Pursh were 16.3%, 16.6%, 16.8%, 9.6%, and the contents of gallic acid were 10.81 μg·mg -1, 11.87 μg·mg -1, 13.61 μg·mg -1, 15.50 μg·mg -1, respectively. Conclusion: The recovery rate was the highest using 75% ethanol, whereas 95% ethanol gave the highest concentration of gallic acid.关键词
