The Study on Innovative Talent Collaboration Between Applied Universities and Enterprises
与地方经济紧密结合，培养地方经济发展所需要的各类特色人才，是应用型高校可持续发展的必然选择，而与企业协同创新培养特色人才是应用型高校培养人才的根本路径。分析了特色人才培养的现实意义，阐述了不同领域、行业特色人才的现实需求，对当前校企协同创新问题进行剖析，最后提出了解决校企协同创新培养特色人才的对策建议。
