摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the 3D laparoscopic approach buccal cavity through thyroid surgery. Methods 30 cases of thyroidectomy patients in Shenzhen Fuyong hospital from February 2014 to February 2016,divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each.The control group were treated with oral vestibule 2D laparoscopic approach in thyroid surgery,the observation group were treated with oral vestibule 3D laparoscopic approach in thyroid surgery. Surgical operation time, blood loss, postoperative respiratory conditions, vocal cord function, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative satisfaction were recorded and compared. Results The surgery operation time,blood loss, postoperative hospital stay in observation group were significantly less than the control group( P<0.05) ,the patients’ satisfac-tion of observation group were significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion The clinical effect of 3D buc-cal cavity laparoscopic approach thyroidectomy is very good,with quick recovery and better cosmetic results,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.关键词
