To Establish a Syndrome Differentiation Theoretical System for Mental Behavior Disease
摘要
Abstract
There are four reasons for the establishment of the syndrome differentiation theoretical system for mental behavior disease:firstly,the method of syndrome differentiation was different because of the different classification of diseases. Lacking of corresponding syndrome differentiation though and method is the major obstacle for treating mental behavior disease;secondly,in the Inner Classic,this disease was divided into ex-cessive of spirit,deficient of spirit,excessive of emotion and deficient of emotion;thirdly,the concept should be concise and correct,for emotion,desire,nature,five emotions are heterogeneous,essence,spirit,emotion,will, hun-spirit,po-spirit,monarch were diverse,and emotion and will could lead the spirit,control hun-spirit and po-spirit,adapt to cold and warm,harmonize happy and anger,which is beyond the will,consciousness,sensa-tion,adaption,emotion structure with corresponding method,principle,formula and herb;also the author pro-pose that a new syndrome differentiation system with the mental behavior disease as the center ,to establish a mental and will syndrome differentiation system;fourthly,the pathological changes of mental behavior dis-ease could be divided into different stages;in the early stage,there is the excess or deficiency of emotion, will,essence,spirit,hun-spirit,po-spirit,without disorder of the qi and blood,and disorder of the internal or-gans;in the middle stage,there is the abnormal emotion,will,essence,spirit,hun-spirit,po-spirit,gradually with disorder of qi and blood,disorder of internal organs,and damage to the body;in the last stage,there is the consumption of qi and blood,damage of body and internal organs. In the early stage,syndrome differentiation of mental and will could be applied;in the middle stage,syndrome differentiation of mental and will should be in combination with syndrome differentiation of qi ,blood and internal organs;when there is the damage of internal organs and body,syndrome differentiation of internal organs should be applied.关键词
