不同剂型当归拈痛汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效比较
Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Danggui Niantong Decoction of Different Dosage Form in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Niantong decoction of different dosage in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and the effect on serum interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Methods:There were 90 patients with active RA randomly divided into A,B and C groups,30 cases in each group. Group A received the traditional Danggui Niantong decoc-tion,group B received Danggui Niantong decoction in pill forms,and group C received Danggui Niantong de-coction in granule forms. Also patients in the 3 groups were given oral administration of methotrexate. After 3 months of treatment,the clinical effect and the levels of serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α were observed. Re-sults:After the treatment,the total effective rate in group A was 70%,in group B was 93.33%,and in group C was 73.33%. Before and after treatment,changes on the levels of serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α were statis tically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in group B were significantly low-er than those in the group A and group C,and the difference were statistical significant(P<0.05). Con-clusion:The curative effect of Danggui Niantong decoction of pill form for the treatment of active RA was significantly better than the traditional decoction and granule form,for it can obviously reduce serum IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α levels,and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
