定喘汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide and for-moterol/fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma at chronic persistent stage. Methods: There 68 patients with bronchial asthma at chronic persistent stage were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with patients 34 in each group. The control group received budesonide and formotero/fumarate powder for inhalation ,and the observation group received Dingchuan decoction and drugs in the control group. All cases were given continuous medication for 42 days ,and lung function and asthma symptom score changes after treatment were observed. Results:The total effective rate in the observa-tion group was 94.12%,higher than the control group (85.29%). FEV1 and the improvement of symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of Dingchuan decoction combined with budesonide and formoterol/fumarate powder for inhalation in the treat-ment of bronchial asthma at chronic persistent stage showed satisfactory effect.关键词
