Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of five element music therapy combined with Baduanjin treating post stroke depression(PSD). Methods:There were 72 patients with cerebral apoplexy randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with Baduanjin. The observation group was treated with music therapy of five elements combined with Baduanjin. After 4 courses of treatment ,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) were used to e-valuate the therapeutic effect of the 2 groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the 2 groups on HAMD and SF-36 scores before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores in the 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group was significant-ly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The music therapy of five elements combined with Baduanjin can relieve PSD.关键词
