五行音乐疗法结合八段锦治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床研究OACSTPCD
Clinical Study on Post Stroke Depression Treated with Music Therapy of Five Elements Combined with Baduanjin
目的：探讨五行音乐疗法结合八段锦治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）的临床疗效。方法：将72例PSD患者按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组，每组36例。对照组采用八段锦治疗，观察组在八段锦治疗基础上结合五行音乐疗法。治疗4个疗程后，应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和生活质量评价量表（SF-36）观察比较临床疗效。结果：治疗前组间比较，HAMD和SF-36评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后组内评分均较治疗前提高（P＜0.05）…查看全部>>
Objective:To observe the effect of five element music therapy combined with Baduanjin treating post stroke depression(PSD).
