耳穴压豆配合中药熏蒸在全膝关节置换术后早期镇痛中的应用
Application of Auricular Point Therapy Combined with Herbal Fumigation in Early Analgesia after Total Knee Replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of using auricular point therapy combined with herbal fumigation in early analgesia after total knee replacement(TKR). Methods:There were 50 patients after TKR randomly divided into the control group and intervention group ,25 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID) to relieve pain,while in the intervention group patients were given auricular point therapy and herbal fumigation in addition to the NSAID. The pain of knees and active range of motions(AROM) 3 days after operation were observed,recorded and compared. Results:In the intervention group,postoperative pain was relieved more obvious than that in the control group,there were difference on visual analogue scale(VAS) scores between the two groups after 48 hours, and the difference were statistical significance (P<0.05). The AROM of knees in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference. Conclusion:Auricular point therapy combined with herbal fumigation showed good adjuvant analgesic effect in the early stage after TKR.关键词
