隔药饼灸联合护理指导治疗肝病性消化不良的随机对照研究
Randomized Controlled Trial of Cake Partitioned Moxibustion in Combination with Nursing Instruction to Treat Indigestion due to Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of using cake partitioned moxibustion in combination with nursing instruction to treat indigestion due to liver disease. Method:There were 160 patients randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,80 patients in each group. In the treatment group ,pa-tients were given cake partitioned moxibustion in combination with nursing instruction ,while in the control group,patients were given domperidone. The treatment lasted for 10 weeks,and the clinical efficacy and score changes in the two groups were observed. Result:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.50%,while in the control group was 75.50%,and the difference were statistical significant(P<0.05). After the treatment,changes of total scores in the treatment group were improved more obviously that those in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Cake partitioned moxibustion in combination with nursing instruction could improve the symptoms of indigestion due to liver disease significantly.关键词
