刺血拔罐加针灸治疗慢性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking and cupping plus acupuncture treating trau-matic synovitis of knee joint in 40 cases. Methods:There were 80 patients with traumatic synovitis of the knee joint divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with pricking and cupping plus acupuncture,once a day,10 times as a course,while the control group was treated with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus radiation plus external application of diclofenac ,3 time a day,10 days as course. The treatment in both groups lasted for two courses. Results:In the observation group total effective rate was 95.0%,and in the control group the total effective rate was 67.5%. The differ-ence were statistical significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Color Doppler ultrasound imaging showed that in the observation group,knee joint patellar capsule,patellar anterior capsule and patellar ligament on both sides were improved more significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion:Pricking and cupping plus acupuncture has better curative effect than simple special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus radiation plus external application of diclofenac in the treatment of chronic traumatic synovitis of knee joint.关键词
