温经燥湿汤联合火针治疗寒湿型痤疮临床疗效观察
Effect Observation of Wenjing Zaoshi Decoction Combined with Fire Needle Treating Acne of Cold Dampness
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Zaoshi decoction combined with fire needle treating acne of cold dampness type by Professor WANG Yuxi. Methods:There were 105 patients with acne of the cold dampness type randomly divided into treatment group ( treated with Wenjing Zaoshi decoction combined with fire needle) and control group 1(sarcandra dispersible tablets combined with fire needle) and control group 2(Wenjing Zaoshi decoction),35 patients in each group. Finally there were 34,33 and 32 pa-tients in the above three groups,respectively,for dropout occurred during the trial. The effectiveness of the three groups after 4 weeks of treatment was analyzed. Results:The symptoms of acne patients in each group were improved. Effective rate in treatment group is 94.12%,in control group 1 was 84.85%,and in control group 2 was 87.50%. Conclusion:Wenjing Zaoshi decoction combined with fire needle showed obvious effect on acne of cold dampness type,with short course and high safety.关键词
