Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between spleen and abnormal semen ,and to guide the life style for people,by syndrome differentiation for abnormal sperm. Methods:There were 450 patients with ab-normal semen. After four diagnoses and syndrome differentiation,there were 138 cases of spleen-deficiency, 23 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney,16 cases of phlegm turbidity coagulation. Results:Among the 450 patients with abnormal semen,there were 177 cases affecting the spleen,accounting for 38.89%,in which spleen deficiency accounted for 30.22%,spleen and kidney deficiency accounted for 5.11%,and phlegm tur-bidity coagulation accounted for 3.56%. Conclusion: In patients with male infertility ,spleen dysfunction is the influence factor for abnormal sperm.关键词
