心房纤颤的辨证施治OACSTPCD

中医药治疗阵发性房颤效果良好，对于持续性房颤也能改善症状、减少并发症发生。认为心脏的阴阳气血虚衰失调是心房纤颤的基础病因。在阴阳气血亏虚基础上产生阳亢、火旺、痰湿痰热等是扰及心脉的重要病理因素。心身劳累、夜间睡眠差以及失眠、体位改变、情绪激动、胃气上逆、便秘等都是房颤的诱发因素。临床辨证可分为阴虚火旺证，用当归六黄汤和酸枣仁汤加减；气阴两虚证，用炙甘草汤和黄芪生脉散加减；痰热扰心证，用黄连温胆汤加减。此外，针对诱因调理也可避免或减少发病。
