白芍的通便作用及其对便秘小鼠结肠AQP4、VIP表达的影响
Cathartic Effect of Baishao and Its Effect on AQP4 and VIP in Mice with Constipation

Abstract
Objective:To observe cathartic effect of Baishao and its effect on aquaporin 4 (AQP 4) and vasoactine intrestinal peptide (VIP) in mice with slow transit constipation (STC),and to discuss its cathartic effect and mechanism. Methods:There were 60 male KM mice divided into 6 groups randomly:control group, model group,mosapride group,Baishao of high dosage group,Baishao of middle dosage group and Baishao of low dosage group. The STC model was established in the five groups except the control group by intragastric administration of loperamide-hydrochloride for 7 days. Mice in mosapride group,Baishao of high dosage group,Baishao of middle dosage group,and Baishao of low dosage group were treated with mosapride and Baishao respectively for 7 days. Dry weight of stool and dejecta moisture rate for 6 hr defecation before the model establishment,after model establishment,and after treatment was established measured,small intestinal propulsive rate was determined,and expression level of AQP4 and VIP in the colon was determined by ELISA. Results:1)Baishao increased the dejecta moisture rate and the intestinal propulsive rate in the mice with STC. 2)Baishao of high dosage increased stool amount in the mice with STC. 3)Baishao of high dosage and middle dosage increased the dejecta moisture rate more significantly than mosapride in mice with STC. 4)Baishao of high dosage and middle dosage reduced expression level of AQP 4 and VIP in the colon of mice with STC. Conclusion:Baishao showed very significant cathartic effects on mice with STC. The possible mechanism is that Baishao reduces the expression levels of AQP 4 and VIP in the colon of STC mice, increases the intestinal mucus secretion and reduce intestinal smooth muscle tension to reduce resistance for defecation.关键词
