大白菜种质资源抗根肿病基因 CRa 和 CRb的分子标记鉴定与分析
Identification of CRa and CRb Genes Resistant to Clubroot Disease among Twenty -Four Chinese Cabbage Varieties with Molecular Markers

Abstract
Clubroot disease is one of the most serious diseases of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa) caused by the soil -borne plant pathogen Plasmodiophora brassicae.CRa and CRb are the two important genes against to clubroot disease in Chinese cabbage breeding.In this research,we selected a pair of effective SCAR makers SC2930 -T and SC2930 -Q to detect CRa gene from four published candidates.Depending on this pair of markers and another effective codominant marker TCR05 closely linked to CRb gene,12 varieties both with CRa and CRb genes,5 varieties only with CRa gene,3 varieties only with CRb gene and 4 varieties with neither CRa nor CRb genes were screened out from 24 important Chinese cabbage varieties.This research re-sults showed that both CRa and CRb were independent dominant genes resistant to clubroot disease in Chinese cabbage.This research had great reference values for molecular marker assisted breeding of Chinese cabbage resistant to clubroot disease.关键词
