东亚钳蝎毒素对人结肠癌细胞 Caco －2的增殖抑制作用研究
Study on Proliferation Inhibition Effects of Buthus martensii Karsch Venom on Human Colon Adenocarcinoma Cell Line Caco -2 in vitro
摘要
Abstract
The effects of Buthus martensii Karsch venom on proliferation of human colon adenocarcinoma cell line Caco -2 were investigated in this study.The test used different concentrations (10,20,40 μg/mL) of Buthus martensii Karsch venom to interfere the Caco -2 cells cultured in vitro for 24 and 48 hours,then the proliferation inhibition effects was observed by means of MTT assay.The mechanism of venom on Caco -2 cells was measured by lymphocyte transformation and lactate dehydrogenase release assays.The data indicated that Buthus martensii Karsch venom could inhibit the Caco -2 cell proliferation and promote the lymphocyte transformation.Besides,the inhibition effects were closely related to the treatment time and venom concentra-tion,which enhanced with the extension of treatment time and increase of venom concentration.关键词
