当前世界各国都将发展电动汽车作为国家战略，加快推进技术研发和产业化。及时跟进锂离子动力电池技术和市场动态，不断完善相关标准，将为推动我国电动汽车产业化进程起到积极作用。本文分析了我国动力汽车用锂离子电池全生命周期标准的现状和需求，提出了动力汽车用锂离子电池全生命周期标准体系，并给出了意见与建议。
