交通运输强制性标准体系建设初探
Discussion on the Construction of Mandatory Standard System for Transportation

Abstract
Strengthening the management of mandatory standards, reduction and integration mandatory standards, construction of new-type national mandatory standard system are the important missions in China standardization reform program. The effective implementation of transportation mandatory standards plays an irreplaceable role in protecting the life and health of employees, the safety of transportation services and the quality of construction projects, and promoting energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection. However, compared with national requirements under the new situation, the technical level, supervision and management capacity of transportation standard are still insufficient. This paper summarizes the current situation and requirements of the mandatory standards for transportation, and introduces the preliminary results of the mandatory standards reduction and integration and the framework of mandatory standard system, providing decision supports and suggestions for transportation standardization management departments, that is to strengthen the construction of mandatory standard system, clarify the standard scope, optimize the system structure, analyze the demonstration requirements, and strengthen the implementation of application and supervision of law enforcement.关键词
