Abstract
EU is one of the most important export market of Chinese agro-products. In the recent years, food safety, a kind of technical trade barriers, has become the significant obstacles on expanding EU export. This article analyzes the EU technical trade measures system focus on agro-products from five aspects, e.g. the overview of the agro-products production and trade, the management mechanism, TBT and SPS notifications, food recall on Chinese agro-products and the features of implementation. In addition, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed focusing on facing the EU technical trade measures on agro-products.关键词
